Dancing to the rhythm of sustainability

Italy

2023

SEAQUAL INITIATIVE takes part in the renowned music festival Corona Sunsets Festival as part of their commitment to raise awareness on sustainability and plastic pollution.

The wait is almost over! The Italian edition of the Corona Sunsets Festival World Tour, a series of unique events by Corona – the flagship brand of AB InBev – that is touring the world, arrives on July 22nd at the Teatro del Silenzio in Lajatico (PI) for what is expected to be an unforgettable day: over 10 hours of music, good food, environmental awareness, and plenty of entertainment activities.

National and international artists will take the stage in Lajatico, with an explosive lineup including Lost Frequencies, Subsonica, Francesca Michielin, Venerus, Planet Funk, The Zen Circus, Kety Fusco and Bobo Rondelli.

Attention to the environment is of primary importance to Corona, the first global beverage brand with a net-zero plastic footprint. Through the Corona Sunsets Festival World Tour, Corona continues its ambition to celebrate the beauty of nature and promote environmental consciousness. The festival has partnered with the nonprofit organization Oceanic Global to incorporate sustainability criteria throughout its planning and evaluate its commitment through the Blue Standard awarded at the NGO awards.

In addition to the responsible management of waste and elimination of single-use plastic, Corona will create an Eco-Village that will host activities and partners related to sustainability. As one of the proud participants, SEAQUAL INITIATIVE, a collaborative community contributing to the cleaning of our oceans, will be present in this Eco-Village with workshops dedicated to the theme of ocean cleaning and raising awareness about plastic pollution.

The Corona Sunsets Festival represents an extraordinary opportunity to join forces with like-minded organizations, promote sustainable practices, and make a significant impact in the fight against plastic pollution.
